AUDIT REPORT

We have examined the annexed Balance Sheet of HARY ANA RAJY A BAL BHA WAN MADHUBAN ( KARNAL ) as at 31.03.2007 and the Receipt & Payment Account and Income & Expenditure Account for the year ended on that date and report that:­

• We have obtained all the information and explanations which to the best of our knowledge and belief were necessary for the purpose of the audit.
• In our opinion proper books of accounts have been kept so for as appears from our examination of these hooks.
• Balance Sheet and Income & Expenditure account enclosed with this report are in agreement with the books of account.
• In our opinion and to the best of our information and according to explanations given to us the said accounts give a true and fair view.

• In case of Income & Expenditure Account for the surplus/ deficit for the year ended on that date.
